Cancellations are accepted up to two days before the rental date. After that point, the remaining balance is kept.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance for wedding venues?
Rent Loud holds Public Liability Insurance and can provide evidence to your wedding venue on request. Contact us with the venue's requirements and we will help with the paperwork.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No separate security deposit is currently charged. Customers are responsible for keeping the equipment safe and returning every assigned item in the same condition.
What is the cancellation policy?
For online equipment hires, cancellations are accepted up to two days before the rental date. After that point, the remaining balance is kept. Wedding enquiries should confirm any quote-specific terms before booking.
