Rent Loud collects contact, address, booking, and payment reference information to provide equipment rental services.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Rent Loud does not store card details.

Booking emails are sent to the customer and to Rent Loud for fulfilment and support.

When you send an event enquiry, we use your contact details and event information to respond and prepare a quote. The brief is emailed to Rent Loud through SendPulse and held in our mailbox; it is not saved in our website database or used to subscribe you to marketing.

To reduce spam, we keep a short-lived hashed network identifier and submission count in the website database. We do not store your raw IP address in these counters. Counters expire after ten minutes and are removed when subsequent enquiries are processed.

Our customer reviews are provided by Google Maps. When you view a reviewer's profile image or follow a Google link, your browser connects to Google, which receives information such as your IP address. Google's handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

To limit automated requests for reviews, we keep a hashed network identifier and request count for up to one minute. We do not store raw IP addresses or copies of Google review content in these counters. Expired counters are removed when subsequent review requests are processed.
