Delivery is priced by road distance from LS8 5DT. It costs £20 each way up to 10 miles, then £2 for each additional mile. For longer journeys, give us a call and we'll arrange something.

Yes. You can choose collection and return during booking. Collection is after 12pm and return is by 6pm on the return date.

Yes. Visit Cables & Accessories and add 10m XLR cables, 10m IEC cables or Behringer DI20s to your basket. These are free with at least £49 of paid equipment hire across your booked days before discounts. Delivery and setup do not count. Equipment already included in a package remains included.

Yes. Rent Loud can arrange a local DJ alongside the sound and party equipment hire, so you deal with us for the enquiry and coordination. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your date, location, timings, guest count, and event type. DJ availability and pricing are confirmed by enquiry.

Yes. The packages are aimed at house parties, birthdays, private events, gardens, hired rooms, halls, and venue spaces around Leeds.

Each product page lists the included equipment and recommends complementary products. Add the products you need to your basket and checkout together. Your itemised total includes hire, delivery and any professional setup before payment.

Choose Pay now, Pay online later, or Cash for your combined booking. Online card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are handled securely by Stripe when supported by your device.

The price shown during booking is the package day rate plus any selected delivery, extras, or professional setup.

Cancellations are accepted up to two days before the rental date. After that point, the remaining balance is kept.

Late returns are charged at the package day rate for every late day until the equipment is returned.

Rent Loud holds Public Liability Insurance and can provide evidence to your wedding venue on request. Contact us with the venue's requirements and we will help with the paperwork.
